Beauty doesn’t come from being told what to do.
It comes from feeling comfortable enough to be present, knowing you’re guided when it matters and left alone when it doesn’t.
The result is imagery that feels effortless, composed, and deeply personal.

behind the lens
I work with couples who care deeply about their photos but don’t want their wedding day to feel like a performance. If the idea of being photographed makes you suddenly forget how to stand like a normal person, a little awkward, or unsure of what to do with your hands, you’re in very good company. Most of my clients feel the same way when we start.
My job is to make sure you never feel left hanging or overly posed. I’ll guide you when it’s helpful, give direction when it matters, and step back when the moment deserves to unfold on its own. The goal is for your day to feel easy, natural, and very much like you, not like a photoshoot you have to survive.
I document weddings using a mix of digital and film, capturing both the big moments and the in-between ones that tend to become the most meaningful over time. The end result is imagery that feels effortless, honest, and full of life, the kind you’ll want to return to years from now.
